I'm using a 5060 camera. Some of my photos are purplish. Do you know why they turn out like that? Please help.

the whole pic is purplish or just some areas? could be chromatic abberation or "purple fringing" in the high contrast areas of the pic.

It would help if u could post a picture.
Cos it could either be CA or WB issue. |

Hi!
If indoor, it could cause by very bright spot light especially during the motor show |

I have encountered cases where a major portion of a picture is lit by incandescent light sources (typically colour temperature of 3,000K), the minor portion lit by camera's electronic flash (typically colour temperature of 5,400k) will have purplish cast.

how purple is 'purple'? Do you mean a very slight magenta cast when shooting in bright daylight? I've observed this with a number of olympus cameras.
