Hi,
Took this quite some time ago, chucked aside, and found it again. ![]() Hmm... I wonder how many people have apologised to that sign.... ![]() And it would be more fun to put a "Please" in front of it. ![]() Regards CK |

This looks like a sign found in China or Japan....is it? It'll be quite embarrasing if it was in Singapore, unless our English is really that bad?

Oh my...just noticed the CityLink banner...
Maybe it wasn't a Singaporean who did this...yeah, that must be it! |

Then again this could be intentional.
The sign could be directed to the people who have been using the stairs too much bringing about the need for repairs? Hmm.... |

It is indeed in CityLink. The standard of English here is not very good to begin with. Definitely not intentional. They probably meant "Apologies" or "We apologise" but ....
At another location (didn't have my camera) a sign on a flight of stairs leading to a basement says, "Beware of your head". lol. The commonly seen "No outside food allow in this premise" itself has several flaws already. ![]() Regards CK |

Once saw a magazine (I think) with pictures of signs like this one. They were really quite hilarious! Can't remember what some of them said though, but it was really funny.
