hi...anyone out there can help me regarding this lens?

when you turn your zoom ring, does it produce a zipping sound? or is it absolutely silent when the zoom ring is turned?

Mine is quiet when turn. The sound might be coming from a grain of sand lodged between the surfaces.

Try using a blower to blow irritant away. Good Luck.
