Which CF card for Canon A80

Which CF card to buy for Canon A80.

1) Kingston 1GB normal speed CF
2) Kingston Elite Pro Hight speed CF

will there be any difference if use high speed CF, or can the A80 use the hight speed card?

dun think a80 utilises the high speed.

Get the normal one ... I'm still using it (in fact 2 of them) for my 10D!
