Default Canon Powershot A75/A85

anyone has the canon powershot a75/85 here? how much is the rough pricing? does the batt run out really fast? anyone care to give a review on the cameras?thinking of getting one of them..

a85 = $486

nope i dun, was researching it for a friend who prefer ixus 2s in the end.

anyway looking at their specs, it's definitely worth the cash in my opinion.

do check around canon section for more issues on both of these, i believe there's quite a no. of ppl here owning either of these two.

Never mind about the batteries. Just buy more batteries. AA batteries are avaliable everywhere.

Hi,

I own one. Was upgrading from A40 for the higher resolution and functionalities.
Although images taken are sharper than with A40 and more functions to play with, there are more things I don't like about it then with A40.
From noisy and flickering LCD to higher noise at the same ISO.
It was this camera that made me go for a DSLR...
Just my 2 cents...
