anyone not satisfy with Tokina 28-80mm?

Is there anyone out there that don't like the Tokina ATX PRO 28-80mm f/2.8 lens? Why? I think I have seen quite a number of people buying and then selling this lens off within a year with great lost, why? I plan to get one for my Nikon.

They probably earned enough to buy the Nikkor AFS 28-70mm f/2.8D ED-IF ?
