Will, picture looks soft or maybe yr lens/ new camera got back focusing problem. Do the 45 degrees line test!

Focus is on the hair, not the eyes.
Venue is quite dark huh? No AF assist from the 550EX? |

maybe centre AF point was used, hence the focus on the hair. it would be good to get eye contact too for this pic.

 should have used a shorter lens.... 70-200 at such close range

by the time we realise it.. lazy to change lah.. u should know.. the crowd and the space constraints.. the rest of the pics turned out even worse.. hee.. wat abt yurs ? |

 ... shouldn't have MF... almost all focused on the background... still can't figure the distance marking from 1m to infinity of the lens...
