there is no fixed template, purely based on your own design to suit your own taste.

4R is 4" x 6".
try fitting as many namecards as possible into 4R and send for printing.
4R may fits in up to 5 (or 6) name cards but is limited by the dimension of your namecard.

The watermark at the back isn't nice.

Watermark: can print with home photo printer, then no watermark problem.

if print at home, then it would not be cost effective as the thread starter wanted. cant have best of both worlds.

what's the cost of printing out 100 name cards by the supplier? I thought it should be cheaper then by printing out photographs?

4 color offset printing for name cards is not cheap at all, for low volume usage, using photograph is more cost economy.

namecard: one colour, one side, 200 pcs $20.

using one 4R colour photograph at 30cts into 4 namecards = 7.5 cts each.

Laminate your namecards. So don't have to worry about getting it wet. Have seen people do it.
