Search for and download VirtualDub. It's a freeware for editing videos and can do video rotation.

In virtualdub it's under Video, Filters, Add, Rotate.

I've found it and it works....
Except that the file size change from 11mb to 248mb.
Is there anyway to retain the file size small after rotation. (248mb is way too big)

    Sorry to bother once again.

i think it might be something you can't really do anything about... save from recompressing the video?

try a videography forum, i'm not sure why the file size changed so drastically.

    U need a video encoder.
What you got is probably the uncompressed video format.

www.divx.com seems to work for most people.
