How to clean dirty/stained negatives?
I noticed some stains appearing on some of my colour negatives.. would i still be able to send it for developing
 ? Is it possible to clean dirty/stained negatives  ? TIA! |

best is to try clean it with dry cloth
normally scan my neg with ICE scanner ICE technology will help to recover the neg |
