Dimage a2 error message unable to use card

I have a new Dimage a2. When the compact flash card is inserted in the camera it gives me the following message "unable to use card".

The problem started after using the formatted card in a card reader.

I have tried new card without success.

I am not able to format card in the camera and the formatting with the pc does not work..

Does any one know how to fix this problem?
