Having said that, is there any drawback on the items stated above?? What are the adv/dis-adv of both and which should I get??
I'm using a 600D, have a 50mm 1.8, kit lens 18-55 and a zoom, 18-200.
Thanks in advance!

Have you experienced with these cheap rails? With the weight on it, are they still smooth to adjust?
Actually, I have one of them... it was not excellent, but good enough for a noob like me... it is just that when I adjust it to the distance I want, I need to physically stabilize it (literally) because the entire camera is shaking and shivering from the movement... and many a time, it caused me my subject.
In the end, I ended up shooting static objects for the time being, until I am experience enough with the rail.
I am not a photographer, just someone who happened to have a couple of cameras. My lousy shots
