hey, I MO this GP charger from sunyee, no idea why there's intermittent problem...

eg, no matter what batt I put slot 1, and 2, the led will be blinking...
and when I put into slot 3 or 4, it's ok...

and after a few days, then slot 1 and 2 can use...

but yesterday, when I tried to charge my batt, slot 1 2 and 3 all blinking !! so can only charge 1 batt an hour !!

does anyone of you encounter this problem ?

I didn't encounter similar issues with my GP charger but only that the red light (charging) never goes to green after the specified charging time.

I called up GP and they did a 1:1 exchange with me, delivered to my door-step within 2 weeks. Quite happy with their service.

funny..I called up GP but was told to return the product to shop...

since mine is MO one...so no receipt...

and you took your Charger to Gul Ave ??

They delivered the new charger to me at my office, which was a bit unexpected for me.

I bought my charger from Safe Superstore around 2 weeks ago, but when they did the exchange they did not ask for any proof of purchase.

erm...
you mean you called up, and they come to your office immediately with 1 for 1 exchange ??? so good ???

I called them up and they sadi they will do a 1:1 exchange with me within 2 weeks, either at my home or office.

hi again

this had being reslove, anyway those who buy from me in future or last time never worry abt the after sale service, one day i am around u will always refer to me for any stuff u bu from me

if u ever need help i will be here (except this july i end up warded....)

just bear in mind, there r always personal warranty which u will never get from outside, and u never have to go all the way to the company to get a default set 1 to 1 u can always do wif me, as customer feedback is always wat i wish and tresure
