There is a way. Use a calibrator like Spyder (among other brands) to calibrate your graphics card.

Is there any other way? That do not need to connect any device tithe monitor?

Calibration means: to make sure that whatever the monitor emits is exactly what is digitally coded in the image file. So you must measure what comes out from the monitor, otherwise no way to determine deviations in colour reproduction (whatever the cause might be). All funky internal calibration devices will not measure the same thing as what you see as viewer.

yeah i know, the guide did mention this

"Whether you use the Windows method or Web-based tools, the process is manual and requires heavy use of your own eyes. Of course, the problem with eyes is that they vary in capability--and if you’re even slightly color blind, visually calibrating your display becomes difficult."

so its up to TS if he still prefer not to use calibration tools (which what he requested in the first place).

how accurate do you want it to be? The above mentioned is true. You will need a sensing device to measure in order to calibrate accurately.

By making changes to the hardware..?
Seriously, instead of asking all these questions you should get the hardware calibrator and within 15min you are done. Check the specifics of the Spyder2 and Spyder3 devices, maybe it's sufficient to use the Spyder2 type which can be quite cheap in 2nd hand market. Spyder4 is already announced.
