Default Have our trains got to do with the year of the dragon?

When trains were first introduced in China they were called "iron dragons" as coal let out fire and smoke.

Now that this year is the year of dragon are the MRT breakdowns have something to do with the dragon? Something is troubling the dragon claws. Maybe it needs new jade balls?

Maybe the dragon needs to be appeased with celebration in the scale of Ghost Festival?

    Please enlighten.

I once read a book something about Singapore having 5 dragons with 3 of them, had their heads converging at the business district up to Marina. With my limited knowledge, I take our rivers, canals, drains, MRT tracks, etc as the veins of the dragons. It had just occurred to me that MAYBE the in-complete circle line is forming a partial noose tightening around the necks of these 3 dragons. Maybe the flooding incident at Orchard and the "claws" of the MRT meant something.......

Thor Odinson questioned if Chinese Dragon, being heavier than Japanese Dragon could have been the root cause of the problem as resonant frequencies generated from the movement of Chinese Dragons through its passage may cause its surrounding to break apart and disintegrate.
