Nice. Whenever i shoot cars, i also have this habit of using very wide angle up close (12-24mm) with a combi of very close + wide open and stopped down.
Just for the perspective.

But which fisheye is that?

very good colors and perspectives.. the last one (spyder 360) should go in closer since the rest of the shots are you already so close

Nice going Tom

Not bad!
The best I've seen so far...

But the shots from the front of the cars are repetitive... Kinda get bored after sometime...

oops, thanks guys Haven't followed up sorry. My fisheye lens is Sigma 15/2.8. After getting an eyeone display 1 for me, I am much more confident in post processing of colors/shadows. Actually I can see the difference in contrast and colors.

Same as many of u, I am a bit in favor of WA closeup for cars, but pity I cannot be any closer to that spyder 360 (enclosed). and AReality u r right, too many similar perspective = boring, thx for pointing out.

I think most recent DSLRs are good in noise department, so suggest those who still reply on flash for indoor shoot (as I have seen in some other threads) use higher ISO (800 for example) to capture more ambient light, IMHO.

Thanks for viewing.

Good stuff there Tom. A refreshing change from the gazillion similar posts on those Carshow babes. Like the colours and the perspectives. Good use of the fisheye there.

I personally find those frontal shots too frontal liao. It lacks dimension perhaps.

Agree. Although those photos taken from front are eye catching, they lack dimension. The reason why I put them up is that a normal perspective would be too common (ie, lack of impact) to attract attention.
