    Yours is better in term of composition and overall outlook. I still have lots to learn.

    rhino123 u r back..i was also there to take firework and i was at Promontory@Marina Bay..

    Thanks... I still have lots to learn from the experts (Rahulv and Reportage)... hahahaha...

    Actually... I love Rahulv's second firework shots. simply amazing...

    Anyway, for the Shenton way pic, I just set my camera to shoot long exposure. The cloud/smoke are not stationary in that area, so it was actually moving slowly. When you shoot long exposure, it will create this effect. The cloud is also white or greyish and is different colour from the night sky, and so the combination is quite pretty.
