    Focal len: 59 mm, Shutter: 1/250 sec, Aperture: F10, Meter: 14.6 EV, EF-S 17-85 mm IS, ISO 100, RAW EVU


    Got this Exif info for a pic. Can i check what the Meter: 14.6EV means?

    Thanks for sharing DarkForce..

    If I am not wrong, spotmeters which gives readings in EVs need to be converted to f-stops and shutter speeds using the EV table.
    (eg:the Pentax Digital Spotmeter.)

    digitalbuff,

    You will get 14.6(EV) if you search for 1/250 sec & F10 in the EV table.


    Shutter: 1/250 sec, Aperture: F10, Meter: 14.6 EV
