Hey KO, you were there too. I was there at 5pm Sunday so didn't even get a spot. Ran around and shot from 1.5 storey (that spiral staircase) and also at the back.
Too bad they are not like fashion models, so they tend to look down and you don't get any advantage shooting from the back.Lighting sucks eh? Quite a number of your shots are slightly blurred. |

I was there late couldnt get a good angle and shoot from side way where they seldom see us, they focus their attention to the judges side ...slightly blurrr due to my hand muscle not strong enough lar
... and they move pretty fast ... ![]() |

If they'd just pay for 10 more spotlights, i am sure your pics won't be blurred.
Very equipment dependent, if it rains like it always is in the afternoons this coming weekend (the top ambient light won't be there already) and they keep moving around that fast then i am sure f2.8 ISO 1600 also not enough. Too much flash pictures come out also sucky. ![]() |
