    Default Adapter Mounting

    Hello there,

I will like to know if there is any thread that talks about the mounting adapters for different lens and camera body.

I am planning to change my D40 to a 4/3 but hopes to continue use my DSLR Lens

You could start with the Nikon subsection .. since it's about the D40.

He is using a D40. I would think the Nikon forum is the better place to check for mounting of non-Nikon lenses. But you're right, m4/3 is an option, too.

This is what TS wanted to do. Get M4/3 and continue using f-mount lenses he have.
So, go get what adapter? Chances of asking in 4/3 subforum and getting an answer might be better...

Alternatively google for f-mount adapter for 4/3 bodies like pen, etc.

I think most adapter loses the auto focus.

if only have one or two low end Nikon lenses, it may not worth the cost to get the adapter.

btw, look in Four Thirds Standard (4/3 and m43)

TS. Check out the price guide for M4/3. You can find your answer there or at least know who to ask.
