Canon Camera Servicing

Anyone knows how long it will take to check if your camera e.g 20D has a back focus problem?
And what do they actually do to the camera? Do they actually 'rip' the camera apart?

for lenses, they do it within a week. I have sent my camera for servicing before and usually get it back less than a week too.
