I would think something small, good iso capabilities & of course a compatible zoom lens.

    What would you guys suggest?

    Your iphone.

Just ask yourself this, what do you want - enjoy the concert or to try to shoot a concert all the way, squirming into the viewfinder for fear that it will be too prominent and might be thrown out of the concert hall - embarass and stuff like that.
I am not a photographer, just someone who happened to have a couple of cameras.

Depends on where you are sitting/standing. If it is at the rear end, then Nex 5 + 18 - 55 isn't going to give you enough reach. Nex 5 + 18-200 won't be sneaky. Also not sure if Nex can silent the shutter...otherwise you might just going to irritate the people around you who paid to watch / listen to concert and not your shutter sound.

If you want sneaky camera, just get a compact with huge zoom range. Or Pentax Q and adapt it with other lenses. The 5.5x crop factor should let you have plenty of reach, pentax Q is small so more sneaky than nex 5.

Otherwise I say money is better spent enjoying the concert than spending time fiddling your gear and disturbing other people and fear of getting caught.

Not sure how this will turn out...a new type of camera...still in concept stage

If this is brought into production, it will be interesting..
