    Default Condensation

    What should I do if my camera had condensation . Happen when I move from a v cold temperature room to outdoor for videoing . The more I wipe the worst itbecome . In the end I had to use iPhone to film a 7 sec clip . Damn Malu infront of colleague .

    Go out earlier and let the camera warm up. Or keep the camera warm with other means. Finally: adjust the aircon to a reasonable level.

    Ha thx. Once I took out the lens to wipe , the whole screen become foggy . Like genting highland . I just hope by the time I went back home, camera and lens will be fine

    Octarine already said, just wait for a few minutes will do.
    don't need to wipe anything, it will not solve the problem, once the temperature of the camera and lens same as the new environment, everything will clear up.

    Ya I just related my noob experience like wiping which I find it useless... Before posting in this forum for advice.

    I guess you don't wear glasses, right? It's simple physics.

    There's no point wiping because the entire glass element is of a different temperature than the air. So, give them time to chill out, and everything will be fine. Don't fret over small things like this.

    Or use cheaper, plastic lenses.

    I do wear glasses for the past 20 yrs and it help when I get out of buses . Anyway thread close once I am back in office. Thanks for the help
