do it once in photoshop and record it down to a action

In your photo editing software, go to add text icon. Hold down "Alt key" and key in "0169" on your keypad, this will give you the copyright symbol.
You can record it as an action in PhotoShop as latmo suggested. Here's a video tutorial on how to do a signature. |

Also for ease of use to those have Microsoft office .
In WORD you have a watermark option which can be edited to suit your needs and put your own logo name whatever onto your photo when you save or print it . |
