hi, thinking of doing some bird shoots at sungei buloh in the coming few months. does anyone have any tips on doing so? i am pretty new to this arena of photography and your inputs will be much appreciated.

a long long lens and a triport are a MUST
then dun forget the mozzy replients.... lastly, better be there early (free entry before 8am).... once the birdies caught their worms, they go take cover.... until the next meal |

Go now. The warders are in. Stay at main hide. There are plovers, sandpipers and egrets on sunday.

Tried with a 420mm lens and still the birds are far away... sigh...
![]() So moral of this story is: Long lens is definitely your friend!
