Christmas Street Light-up Orchard Road

I am a novice for photography. Only use an entry level camera Canon EOS400.

Just hoping to know will there be any outing shoots for 2009 Christmas Orchard Road Light-up that I can tag along and to make friends?

Well, you can start to organise one in this Outing forum.

Just specify Date/Time and Place to meet and people will join.

The X'mas light up begins tonight 7th Nov (early coz of APEC). I may drop by there to shoot some but expect more crowds as usual in Orchards.

14th Novemember 2009
Meet @ Tanglin Mall MacDonald at 6pm.

I will be bringing a camera, wide angle lens, tripod, a remote, and maybe a small notebook.

Let's stick it to a small group of just only 5.

Hope to go in a group, allow me to get the ball rolling.

just got back from a short walkabout in orchard. you can go on weekdays if you just wanna shoot the deco. The ceremony was short in front of Ion.

I should be heading down to Orchard maybe tomorrow or on a weekday evening.
