Stamford Road Library [For All to participate]

To All:

31st March is the last day of the Stamford Road Library. I am proposing that those who have shot the library in the past to contribute to this thread by posting their galleries or links.

Shooting at the old National Library?

Please do not post any pictures as the bandwidth requirements would be too big and unfair to those on dial-up services.

The purposes is not competitive but meant to serve as our memory to this wonderful building that was opened in 1960 by our late President Yusof Ishak. Four decades and four years is a long time and its a pity we have to bid the red brick maiden goodbye. So may the floodgates of creativity be opened...

Hi Sathea

can u just have a simple webgallery with the pictures inside and just post the URL link? I hope u understand my concerns about the bandwidth drain... if not could u post in another thread and link the thread to this one?

Everyone try to refrain from

1)posting pictures in case the thread gets too bandwidth intensive. A link to the web gallery or separate post would be more preferred. Appreciate the cooperation as some users are on dial up and have complained about accessing certain threads with lots of pics. No doubt there are many beautiful moments captured during your visit to the Stamford Library and you are eager to share them.

2)refrain from banal talk; compliments are always nice, critiques are always welcome but try to post in the specific web gallery.
