thanks for the pictures. I was there as well. Indeed, it was blocked by quite a few people who I think they were inconsiderate. They brought 'mini' stairs and stood up high, without thinking for other audience who wished to see Rachel as well. One even used a high tripod and used an umbrella to cover his 'precious' camera when it was drizzling. I was watching happily till the camera guy in front of me started to open his umbrella as well to protect his camera from getting wet. Well, I already didn't mind him appearing 'taller' than others, but with the big black umbrella, it totally blocked everyone from watching.

i think everyone except the front row inside the barrier was blocked by umbrellas. guess the rain just came at the wrong time. as for the ladder gang, they are always around at such events, so gotta be earlier than them if you dun wanna be blocked by them.

Thats the reason I stopped shooting public celebrity events. There will be ladder gangs and other inconsiderate photographers who will go all out just to get their shots, even if it means blocking spectators behind them.

and yeah, many of this photogs are not even paid to shoot, just for leisure but yet sibeh hardcore- as if their life depends on it.

passed by before liang wen yin came, and gave up the idea of shooting after seeing the crowd.
the space is just too limited.
poor effort by the organisers, the place is so much smaller as compared to the promo event for her 1st album at causeway point.
