The 80cm is more commonly used - not too big and not too small (as Goldilocks says).

The rectangular reflector is more useful if you intend to do more portraits.

Just pulling your leg a little bit lah - the reflector is not branded.

The quality of the reflector is excellent (I myself use the 80cm version).

Looks tempting (for now I doubt I have any idea on how to use it) ... convince me!

Adam, its really easy to use.

Reflector - Just place it on the opposite side of the light source to bounce light into the shadow/darker areas.

Diffuser - Place in path of light to diffuse the light, thus eliminating harsh shadows.

Tell you what, you buy the rectangular one (cos you very tall), then I will show you how to use during next photoshoot. Put you down for 1? or 2?
