I own
  • *a Kaiser Slimlite Lightbox ($60-$65)
  • a PEAK 8x Loupe ($50-$55)

* - I do not recommend you the above lightbox due to it uses 6x AAA batt ...

Hey I'm using the same light box... and it quite nice! Yes it use 6xAAA but that is no pro if you got rechargeable batt for it! Got 8xbatt to last mi.... for quite a while! hehhee

Anyway, you might want to try Shadus and Ninelives one!
Their uses 4xAAA, smaller a bit. Their is rectangular in shape while mine is square.

Their loupe is oso not bad but come with a price.

I think they got their lightbox and loupe as a set and cost abt <$200. Can they come to clarify this!?

Hi,

Cabin CL5000P Lightpanel + Rodenstock 4x Aspheric Loupe bundle : $190 at CP. This is a very good deal, as the Rodenstock Loupe alone is $195(!). (Yes, this is not a typo, Loupe alone is $195, Lightpanel alone : $95. Loupe + lightpanel : $190). Highly recommended. The loupe is very sharp.

Alternatively, I have the Lightpanel alone for sale at $75 negotiable. Brand new. It's $95 at Cathay alone. Let me know if you are interested. Selling coz I already have a Kaiser 5x7" Lightbox (also uses 6 AA batteries).

Regards
CK
