Default C700 Camera too ex

is the price of C700 camera too high in Singapore??

AxP selling @ 900

i check US online stores, is is onli abt US 380..

i just look thr sg online store, basically their price are too ex compared to price quote by the shops in sls

just saw oly2100 quote SIN$1950 in jbronline.. when this camera can be bought at $950 in AP

Yeah agree. Actually the prices for quite a number of other electronic products are much cheaper online in US compared to here in Singapore.

Price US$380 + shipping US$50 ~ US$100 = US$430 ~ $480.

Equivalent to S$795.50 ~ S$888.00.

Then take into consideration the chance of damaging the DC during shipping + warranty void outside USA + hanky panky from these online stores e.g. charge already didin't ship, give you refurb or spoilt unit, overcharge ur credit card etc.......

....conclusion --> better get it locally @ S$900 to be safe rather than sorry.

Just got back from Melbourne, Australia.
C700UZ selling at the duty-free shop for A$1448 in Melbourne!
It's was supposed to be tax-free........
C2100UZ not available in Melbourne.

Oh btw, I was at Elizabeth street McDonald (near to Flinder Street station) saw a guy from Singapore on 13/02/02 morning, using a Fujifilm 2800 shooting on the street. His parents were with him.
