Bidadari Christian Cemetery - A victim of urban land use in Singapore
The Bidadari Cemetery site has been planned for public housing and other facilities and amenities. The Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) North-East Line currently under construction will link the site to Singapore's MRT Network, thus making the site a more attractive and accessible area. - HDB
Bidadari is one of the most beautiful resting-places I have ever seen. I can't understand why such an exceptional piece of Singapore's history can be thrown away.      Bidadari Christian Cemetery is situated along the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and Upper Aljunied Road. See Map |
