Default A feeble attempt at the Night Safari...

this is a series of photos i took at the night safari with my G3.. the lighting conditions were really VERY horrible and these photos are posted in response to ivor's request at this thread

pls do let me noe all ur comments as well.. thanks!

BTW, those cats are not Cheetah, they are Jaguar.

Oops, my bad: looking at your pictures again, they are indeed leopard (Panthera pardus) instead of jaguar (Panthera onca).

Leopard's rosette markings are generally smaller and have no internal spots.

Was wondering how your compose your shots, cos the last time I went, the lcd and viewfinder were totally black!
Also, did you use a tripod?

ha if you have an analog camera ...

use Provia 100F ... or even 400F for superb colours and saturation.
