And you were using an A70 Canon (+ Reversed EF35mm f2).That definately puts a different look at what can be done with such a camera. Quite impressive...

So you're using a SLR lens? Because i uses the filter on my consumer and i still can't get the background as you and also, not as sharp...

I like your super DIY setup! 4cm working distance is definitely a good technical achievement. I love the super shallow DOF and the bokeh. The pics will surely qualify for one of those science textbooks. Maybe I wan to try this out for myself too!!

If the DOF is a bit bigger, those shots would be killers to other expensive macro lenses for real MACRO shots.BTW, where did you get those shots? SBG? Thanks. |

hi, just want to know, how u put extension tubes on digital cameras, cause i using a Nikon 5700, can an extension tube also be placed on that, till now i can only use closeup filters, and they don't reach the magnification u have.
Anyway, great shots. sure hope i can do that too. |
