20 is from Lorong Harus side along the path where the old charcoal warehouse were and with the TPE cutting across the flight path. Sadly not much place to stop or to take pics of incoming planes.

What I notice is that planes that lands from that direction doesn't want much public attention or awareness.

thanks... didn't know that planes coming in from that direction is called 20...

google earth will give some good locations... some guys' living room here also have very good vantage points...

yah, normally planes coming from that direction will draw less attention... but maybe should come in from south so as to offer mr obama a view of our cbd skyline...

btw, noticed a c17 taking off just now, wondering if it is the normal resupply ship or it's carrying some cadillac one here for deployment first...

now what's remaining is the date and time...

Those photos are taken from Changi South Ave 3, right between the entrance/exit slip road into/from PIE, you'll know the precise location when you got there.

The canal along Changi South Street 1 is also an excellent spotting location.

The C17 arrived on Tues late morning, saw it came in from 20 and as usual no camera in hand. Suspect its the advance party as it arrived at odd timing; the usual one arrive late in the afternoon.

Any one know the expected road block along Airport Road to Hougang to SLE this 13 Nov going to take place, timing wise. The last time Bush came, all traffic came to a halt for almost an hour just for him.

CAAS designated runway for Standard Terminal Arrival Route (STAR) and Standard Instrument Departure (SID) route into/from WSAP is RWY 20 and RWY 02 respectively.
