good to join this competition but if I am eligible of Singapore, my question is " Is Up to 3 photos based on only Singapore?" Can take photos of street photography on any country like China, vietnam, Hong Kong or etc....? I checked rules, terms and condition. They do not mention "any countries of street photography" Please reply

If they mentioned "You must be a resident of Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, or Vietnam to be eligible" for this competition, it means there's no problem to submit photos taken in anyone of these countries. In fact, the photos can be taken any where in any countries.
