Thanks for your query!

There should be little vignetting if DCR-250 is used with Nikon 18-135mm but I can't quite recall if any of our customers has any complain about this set-up.

IF you have more than 1 Nikon lens, the DCR-5320PRO should be a better option. Stock to be in soon. Want me to update you?
