Nice Pano...50-200?? I got a question...since you shot with the 50-200, then why is there the fisheye effect? I always though that if one shoot at above the 50mm, then the picture would appear wide and not fisheyed.

If you dont mind my comments, i love the clouds! But, would it be more perfect if the white balanace on the left was warmer despite the bright flourscent lights? Just a newbie with two cents worth to chip in.

The curve effect is caused by the rotation.

For those who have seen this in other threads, please click on the picture. It's linked to another server which will give you a full page view of the panorama. Be warned..it's huge.
A wider angle shots stitched would shorten the pano shot.

Noticed that. The "shorten Pano don't give the wide feel to it. Should I crop the top and bottom a bit more to give it the W I D E look??

halcy0n, there was another that is warmer but I had to remove it. An online store wanted exclusive rights to it.

Depend on type of panoramic photography.

If you are using a telephoto lens to capture pano shots, you are taking a distance scenery.
e.g.

If you are using a wide angle lens to capture pano shots, you are taking a nearby scenery. A wider angle is good to capture more view and details.

Micro...I use the Arcsoft's Panorama Maker 3. I got this free with my Panasonic P&S. I also purchased the Arcsoft's panorama maker 4 but it lack the self alignment/editing selection.

This is done using the trial version of the Panorama Maker 4 Pro.

Not bad. they added back the Manual edit function as what is similar to the Panorama Maker 3. What's new is the Frame, the option to add a title as well as the Copyright notice. The frame may be very basic but I think they will be adding add ons later.

Also supports the MacIntel.

Oh yes, they have a free thumbnail viewer plug in for Windows XP. Download it here. If you register this viewer, you get to enjoy a 5~10% discount on the panorama maker software.
