Hi Teerex,

Very nice series.
A pity I didn't took any shot that day due to bad weather. Will try to redo this outing again.
My pick is #2 and #5. Like the pano shot, very well done.
For #5, like the composition, just a personal thought and feel, if the canoe is turn over with the wordings upright may be better.
Thanks for sharing.

I think #3 is better than #4. #4 looks as though it is a little slanted, and the colors you gave #3 were better.

Thanks for your opinion. for #3 the sky is a bit more contrasty as it was pp with slightly different values from #4.

Ya horizon of #4 looks a bit slanted, now that you mentioned it. Well if horizon is not slanted, it not shot by teerex. HaHa, my trademark

i really love the clouds and how they are portrayed.
did you use a tiltshift lens to get your shots?
the verticals are very straight.
what lens and settings did you use?

Thanks for viewing. Weather is usually good when I go shooting alone, dunno why.

These few weeks, looks like practically every afternoon rain.

TiltShift Lens ??? Too expensive for me. All shots were done with D70+kit lens and in P mode.

Quite a bit of tilt and shift correction done in post processing to get the vertical straight. Lens Correction Tool is very useful.

Actually, I meant the blue tint on #3 and the green tint on #4. #4 looks funny because of the slight green in the sky.

Of course, I like #2 the best too. Nice reflections.

The green tint sky in #4 is due 'cos there's a tad too much Cyan in the pp.

Thanks for your opinions.
