I'm aviation enthusiast; go to Changi T1/2 on a regular basis. But I'm pretty much sure I won't go to the Budget terminal unless I'll have and will be forced to

looks damn ugly. So unlike Singapore, how can this terminal be so different fr T1 and T2? sigh.

This is expectable look for a budget terminal.. no investors in their would want to build a terminal like T1/2 for a budget passengers paying $100+ for airplane tickets.
