I had my FX2 firmeware revised from 1.06 to 1.0A.
Not too clear about what the improvment are. I was told it improves the OIS.
I tried asking for full report with documented technical bulletin they received from Japan and they don't give it to me. I don't thing it is any big secret. It will be good to know what are the other improvement in greater detail but sad to say that I find the local Panasonic support tech lacks openess. In US or UK, there is no issue getting full reports or information.

Hi, 1.06 to 1.0A, meaning 1.0A is the more newer one? Sorry confused by the numbering

Maybe we should email to Panasonic Japan to find out the truth...

Just wonder what is the progress that Keith is planning??

Meanwhile, we can actually create a list of activities, and I think I shall start it, hopefully we can get a list, and an organizer:

1. China Town Light Up Ceremony (Errrr...2005 one over liaoz, now need to wait for 2006)
2. Pulau Ubin Photo shooting (Akang datang)
3. National Stadium Photo shooting (Depends on response)
4.
5.
6.
