Im a user of DB36 as well. As usual, just open the door let the RH goes back to room RH. Turn knob to around 10-11 o'clock. Then let RH settles before u start making minor adjustment. It takes around a day to have the RH stable.

This is what i have done~
Example:
1. Open Door Reset to Room RH
2. Turn Knob to 11 o'clock
3. Wait for 4-6 hours
4a. If RH goes lower than 45, adjust clockwise slightly~
4b. RH is above 60 adjust anti-clockwise slightly
4c. If RH is around 50-55
5. Last step is to leave the cabinet the next day to confirm reading as it will still further drop by a few RH
