Problem: Blue lines in sprockets while scanning
I got an issue. I just bought an Epson V500, I'm using a Digitaliza to scan some 35mm with sprocket using the native Epson software. Somehow I keep getting these blue lines in the sprockets themselves. Googling doesn't lead me to any answers. Anybody knows how to solve this?

Hi,
I am not sure what is your issue as I did not played with Digitaliza before. But looking at your scan, seems that there may be some issues with your scanner. There are bands in your scanned photo, which should not happened. Please try scanning the same photo using the standard Epson accessory. If the band still exists, then do consider bringing it down to Epson for a check up.
Regards.

Thanks. I did try with the epson frame and the scans were fine. Now some with the Digitalize were fine but sometimes the line appears again. Weird issue.
