Pentax K5 is only $1500 now!!!

it crossed my mind before - i decided against it. no point cos i shoot raw and i like to view my pix on a big screen to do selection and PP.

if u just want to upload and share immediately, an eye-fi card might be a better solution.

Could check the compatibility chart to be sure but anecdotal experience from some users in pentax forum seems ok.

some bugs noted with some firmware versions awhile back but should be ok by now.

I don't use it either.

I just use iPad with Apple Camera connection kit. Works fine with full size SD cards.

Wired? Anyway i looking more twds andriod tabs. Just tat the other day saw this vid by fstopper hw it pair with his cam using the eye fi. Looks lika a cool trick ... Lol

These were taken with the very old 6MP Pentax istDs, a really nice cheap and good entry level camera, amongst Pentax's first forays into the DSLR market.
I had the even lower entry istDL. Really good cameras

These were taken long ago, definitely not w/ a K5. But K5 can only do better I think I used a 300mm lens for these, which cost around $1300SGD back then.
