Well, the flare looks like it is due to light coming in at the extreme angle where the coating would be at its weakest. You probably wouldn't have it most of the time.

Fashion photographer Terry Richardson used Ricoh GXR too.

Pardon my ignorance. But what does 'push the photo' mean exactly? I've heard of pushing film. Are they the same?

Ah, I see. I don't use PP. I just darkened the pic because it was kinda overexposed and changed the contrast a little in LR.

I also feel the CA is v obvious here. U might want to try correct it in LR to see if its better.

Nice picture and what a beautiful bus/street car. Good colors, somewhat, but not too heavy.
The CA can be seen in the white letters?

    Hey guys,

Thanks for the advice! I'm very new to all these photography lingo. So I gotta google them and check their meaning.

I think the original image itself already has some CA. See below:

Here's another one. The settings and adjustments are the same as the first one:

This one was taken with film. Can't see any CA, right?

Last week was so bad. Today's Pentax meet, and I'd to return a Fuji cam to my friend in Punggol. I was thinking of missing it when I received a whatsapp message that pushed me to attend.

    I am certainly no master ... !

Most of us here would have been able to capture these in such good light.

This, the usual angle and the 1 we missed last week for 1st light.
