Anyone knows how to update the Black FLucard? no response from support site.

So much for supporting local product, all I get is an unusable product.

I tried emailing the support site to get it to work with Shuttersnitch but got no reply at all.
Read from their website to email them for firmware update instructions but no response at all after 2 weeks and 3 emails.

Anyone knows how to update the firmware? Want to give it another try.

Hi,

Try to visit their website/support page. You can download the latest firmware. It is a zip file. Follow the instructions & hope that it works. I am using with my android phone. At first, a little clunky but then, I get the hang of it. Hope this helps.
