harvey norman(funan) has stock but they are way too expensive
OP has stock when I was there 10 days ago.
MS has stock when I was there 2weeks ago

Tried CS BnS ? If you don't mind getting a used bag, I personally think it is a good place to get one. You get a discount from new and the person selling gets to clear it for whatever reason be it making room, upgrade or pooling funds for something else. It is a win-win situation for both
I bought a couple of things from BnS including a Lowepro Slingshot 300 AW ($70 lower than CP's price) and the experience has been pleasant.

mostly are backpack and shoulder bags...
