Just a feedback. I bought a LP-E8 from you a couple of months ago, and didn't use it until a couple of days ago. Battery life is *always* shown as 3 bars on my 550D. Just now, it suddenly dropped to 1 bar and told me "low battery". 2 shots later, it went totally flat.

Not sure if that's supposed to happen with your "high grade battery". Kinda annoyed now.

Based on our record, you bought this battery on 15 July.
Since you didn't charge it at all when you bought it 4 months ago, for such a long period believe the battery already flat. You need to charge it full before using it though batteries are pre-charged slightly from the factory. If there is manufacture defect, we will offer 1 to 1 exchange, no worries!
