I've received my cabinet, but am waiting for my wave foam to be delivered (it was missing from the cabinet).

Order Number: 524938
Ordered - 21 Aug
Initial Delivery Date in email - Thurs - Fri, 25 - 26 Aug (2 day range, with actual delivery date/timing informed on date itself)
Informed of inability to deliver on time - 26-Aug morning
New Deliver Date - Sun 28 Aug
Received - 28 Aug, 9.30pm
On delivery date, i was not given a delivery timing. Cabinet arrived at about 9.30pm, after enquiring why it did not arrive during the day. Wave foam missing from cabinet. I'm awaiting news on how I'll receive this.

That said, I'm happy with the actual service provided when delivery arrived (helped set up, check it's working, tips on how to use it) and the actual product itself (worked fine, 45% within 2-3hrs)

Tips for new buyers - Delivery is not convenient. Arranging for someone to be in for 2 working days, and then not receiving it, would have royally pissed me off. Thankfully, I had someone who was home anyway, to await the rogue cabinet.

Hi blizzy, I understand it now. Unlike all our other products, delivery of AIPO dry cabinet is directly from AIPO Singapore distributor which has a different schedule. This schedule is highlighted in the AIPO product detail: http://store.tagotech.com/product_in...roducts_id=272
I'm glad they've provided a great service, with the exception of delivery problem you've encountered. This is an exceptional case as their courier are usually quite prompt in delivery from our past experience. I will however feed back to AIPO, even thou I have no control over their delivery standards (i.e. I'm really at their courier's mercy)

Regarding the missing foam, we'll contact AIPO immediately and they'll get back to you soon.
