Blizzard Tables Diablo III PVP in Favor of a Timely Release

They going to release D3 without the PVP arena and then patch it in after, to hasten release date.

IGN said that it would be released in Q1 of 2012:

Some website has already started pre-order booking of Diablo 3, inclusive of Amazon, the online shopping website.
But I won't order from Amazon, as I am not sure whether I can get South East Asia edition or not. If you get South East Asia edition, you will have access to both South East Asia and US servers, so you can choose where you'd prefer to play.
